Custom process
The production flow as bellow: Confirm the type of carbon fiber→Cutting material →Prefabricated products →Formed products→Burr Dealing →Roughening surface→ Dig hole of products→Glue bonding products →Baking products →Raw products Inspection→Polish surface→painting →QC→Packing
If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
If customer have no drawing, but have sample, or plan to make some modifications with existing products, then the sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing.
If customer have no drawing, but have their own idea, our designers can analysis and discuss the relevant parameters with the customer based on experience, then we can make a drawing according to results that both parties have confirmed.
Before we start making the mold, we will make the 3D drawing of the product to confirm the finished product, and then we make the mold according to the final confirmation.
The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.

After mold making, we will test the mold,if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and make all relevant tests accoring to EN standard test to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the raw samples to our customer for checking;
If customer need customized stickers with their personal branding or artwork to painting, we can handle according to the demand, then we will send the painting products to customer for checking;
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.our staff will check the product information with customer, including logo size,location and color，be sure to check it carefully to avoid mistakes in the later production process. Then we will start the production after confirming the bill making, you just have to be patient.
If you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money. We will pack the quality products with 5mm perilla tube and then put in the cartons.
Then we will ship our goods. small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity and E-bike frame with battery, usually by ship or land transport.
